If you have signed up to perform the registration role at the vaccine pod please watch the video and complete the training education prior to your first shift.
If you have signed up to be a vaccinator at the vaccine pod please click on the link for the vaccinator training video and complete the training prior to the start of your first shift.
Please remember to complete ALL of the (5) forms found on our forms page prior to working first shift at Vaccine POD.
For Data/Registration personnel:
- You must watch the training videos prior to your shift

For Vaccinators:
- You must have completed the NYS vaccinators modules and sent certificates to your Coordinator prior to your shift
- https://covid19vaccine.health.ny.gov/vaccination-training
- Once you go to the link, you will have to register with LMS
- Then you will be able to click on the module
- This will take you to another screen where you should enroll in the course
- Go back to the previous screen and follow the same steps to enroll in all four courses
- Then go to "my courses" and launch each course 6) Once you have completed all four, you can view your certificate under my courses
- Please email ALL FOUR certificates to your coordinator with NYS Vaccinator Certifications as the subject
