The IT Infrastructure Division is comprised of the Help Desk, Technology Services, Networking, Systems Administration, Business Support, Communications, Biomedical Engineering and Information Security.
Our goal is to provide reliable technology and support through outstanding customer service to our customers. Our customers are anyone who is in need of our services. This can be a clinician, colleague (inside or outside of the department), patient, patient’s family member or fellow co-worker.
We understand that technology is only one piece of any solution and that there is a human being behind the computer that can be in need of our services. It is with this understanding that we will always strive to deliver the latest technology, support and services to Stony Brook Hospital and align ourselves with its mission.
