My battery dies quickly

Create a ticket by going to https://stonybrookmedicine.edu/help on a computer and signing in with your UHMC.
Then, select Service Catalog > Mobile & Communication Devices > Mobile Devices > Cell Phones


We will ask you for further information to determine if you need a replacement device.

My phone won't charge when plugged in

Get a thin object like a tooth pick to clean out the charging port. If you are still having trouble, create a ticket by going to https://stonybrookmedicine.edu/help on a computer and signing in with your UHMC.
Then, select Report Incident -> Hardware -> Mobile Device -> Assistance with iPhone

My screen is cracked

Create a ticket for a replacement device by going to https://stonybrookmedicine.edu/help on a computer and signing in with your UHMC.
Then, select Service Catalog > Mobile & Communication Devices > Mobile Devices > Cell Phones > Request New Cell Phone

My speaker is very quiet

My phone is stuck at the Apple logo.

Plug your phone in for a few minutes. Then, perform a hard reboot on the phone.

iPhone 7 -> Press and hold the power button and the volume down button at the same time for about 30 seconds or until you see the Apple logo consistently.
iPhone 8, SE, X, XS, 11 ->  In quick succession, tap the volume up button, the volume down button, and press and hold the power button for about 30 seconds or until you see the Apple logo consistently.
